So for some unexplainable reason, I have been receiving friend requests on Facebook from men I do not know. More specifically, they are from Middle Eastern men, living in the Middle East, who I do not know. Let's just review the selection, shall we?

I think I may be the Love Child of Paul Simon and Pat Benatar. In fact, I called my mother the other day to inquire as to the possibility that I had been adopted. Rather than a simple "no", she laughed at me and asked why I would ask that. I then explained my theory. Let's be honest, it really would explain a lot about both my personality and my musical tastes. Once again, her reaction was not to say "no", but to remind me that I am much too tall to be Paul Simon's child. I admit: this is kind of a let down.

Oh Yes.

If you know me, you already know I am a huge nerd. I mean, I'm friends with this guy... but that's not the point. and this is: a little over a year ago, my sister and i (and selective others) began the most epic marathon of all time. yes, friends, we watched all 9 seasons consecutively. i am pleased to announce to all that i am, once again, initiating this joyous tradition.
