ok, not that i'm really in to this, but i just don't understand how someone could make the decision to change the zodiac. i have always been and will refuse to be anything but a gemini.
actually, it's not even true that it changed. There have ALWAYS been two versions of the zodiac, it just depends on whether you ascribe to the tropical zodiac – which is fixed to seasons, and which is used in Western astrology – or the sidereal zodiac – which is fixed to constellations and is followed more in the East. The sidereal one is the one that has always had 13 signs and is causing all the hoopla. But since we're Western folk, we've always used the tropical one. So don't even worry.
Also, sorry for being that pretentious asshole that tells you way more than you really wanted to know.

I'm with you. I'm a Taurus, not an Aries.
And I'm not going to start using the 13th symbol either.
